GyrokinesisGyrokinesis is a treatment developed to build physical strength through a series of fluid motions meant to be gentle and therapeutic. It helps the core and spinal regions of the body from exercises built on the principles of yoga, dance, gymnastics, swimming and tai chi. Gyrokinesis is meant to aid the body’s joints and muscles in a subtle, stress free way.
